Duties include updating & auditing lease and sale listings for commercial and industrial brokers on a weekly basis. Position requires applicant to be organized, have ability to multi task & prioritize work load, and be efficient in using a computer and basic applications. More duties to be assigned as necessary. Great potential for full time employment at conclusion of internship, with increased wage and benefits.
